Over three decades of corporate finance experience, Rajiv founded Soar in 1987. Orchestrating ₹8,000 cr+ of capital raised and advising on ₹5,000 cr+ in transactions. Deep relationships with banks, NBFCs, and private capital providers ensure swift execution for clients.

Rajiv is an MBA (Finance and Marketing) from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University

Arush Khanna

Global private equity and operational leadership experience. Built and operated a wellness platform of five brands (BioSchwartz, Wild Foods, Sheer Strength, Anser, Herbtonics) under a sponsor-backed structure through bolt-on acquisitions . Well-versed in financial, legal, and operational intricacies across deal cycles.
